I won't be posting what people have donated as this is a fund-raising campaign and not an auction, let's keep it in the spirit of what this is all about... it isn't about winning the mago, that's a bonus, but what it is really about is raising funds in this time of need. Thank you to everyone who has or will join in this campaign.
@sonofthedestroyer The diff Btween a white guy playin + native Australian is all in the spirit. It comes across subtly. Mick Jagger once said the best response he got from jammin with Muddy Waters was "You almost got it...", duh
@ididjaustralia Tks for clarification.... LOL Beltuen community ppl used to put on a regular stage show for tourists who took the ferry from Darwin to Mandorah in the 1970's (ancient history...) which was really a class act in talent. Dunno wat they do these dayz....?
LOL The Master Blaster rockin' it up with mago..... its a great idea to support indigenous First Nation artists who receive little if any dependable support from government/Arts Council but R ever oppressed by the NT Internevntion, uhh
Congratulations to Steve Sklar of Minneapolis, USA, for winning this mago, and to Steve and everyone for your kind donations!

"Chainsaw" is the nickname of Peter Atjpurrki, originally from Maningrida but now living on his wife's country at Belyuen.
