Like others, I was willing to dismiss this as an EVE Online clone. But, after actually bothering to read information at the Website, I have to admit it seems like it's trying something new and pretty damn interesting. While I must admit I have no great love for PvP or RvR in my MMOs, the concepts introduced in Novus seem kind of cool. If the game is more then *just* an RTS, i.e. it has some RPG elements with story and depth, I'd say I'll be pretty excited to see the final product.

I came Because the MUSIC is Fraking ... I can't describe it ... would not do it damn justice. Just It's above words to describe.

But then I figure out it's a GAME... AND Sins of a Solar Empire guys are helping? Ummm ... Okay no offense Star Wars and Bioware. But you might have some competition come next year if this game comes off the ground.

I supose there will be battlestations, bases on asteroids(extract resources?), colonised planets (build empire and factories to build ships, I think that each player should have a start planet that is on antoher place apart from othe rplayers, he do some 'quetsts' achieve technologies and build a portal that will be conected with the real time universe, players of the same faction/race can colonise the same planet...)... i dont have enough space to write here XD

At first i thoguht that it was a normal space game like some i know (I have to say that i was impressed of the concept art, who made this is a genius, i havent seen fighters/bombers but i supose that they will be in a near future... I hope), but when i went to the website and i read: ''...no match making [...] Competition between players can happen anywhere [...] on a massive scale of the galaxy [...] in real time [...] explore a full galaxy without restraint...''

cant wait for beta! looks like tons of fun already and all i have seen is concept art lol. i hope you take into consideration the people (like me) who have low end computers and cant afford to buy a new one. make the graphics as high end as you want, but atlaest include an option to turn them down. i have tried to play alot of games that dont have that option. its really frusturating to see a game that look s really fun and then not be able to play it because of graphics.

we want to make the graphics so high no one can run it and it looks like avatar...

BUT we will have a "can run on toaster and looks like Lego" setting as well so almost any computer can run 3d games run it. it is important for us to not force players to upgrade there computer to play it, so if you have a high end computer it will look nice but if not its not a problem. this is our goal.
