idk I thought everyone sounded really good during this show but I was standing right in front of the speakers right off the right corner of the stage. So being partially deaf might have contributed.

Seen them twice now and four times coming this summer...amazing. I'm still a HUGE ZEP fan and I can't help but start comparing. This is one tight, loud, super talented foursome. I went from disappointed to freaking energized and so optimistic about this band within 3 weeks. Wow....where will this go?

Roy Wilkins has one of the worst systems I have ever heard... even the Beastie Boys sounded bad because of it :(

I dunno, maybe they just need to be seasoned on stage together, but the innocent criminals were way fucking better, juan would tear this bassist to shreds.

granted, this dude has a huge "bass shadow" hanging on him since he is playing with ben harper, BUT music is better when above idols, and to each his own: this band sounds great as it is, and I'm glad ben has the chance to play with different people and come back to the innocent criminals when he feels like it, not because he has to.

Saw R7 at their taping of Austin City Limits this past weekend. I've been to tons of shows but this is the tightest band I've ever seen. R7 totally owned the stage and this song was intense
