No, the people violating the laws are the "money-making machine" for the state. So is the Franchise Tax Board, but it deducts money from your paycheck. At least with the CHP, you have the option of not breaking laws. It's not the CHP's fault people drive like assholes.
It's very telling how, even with *video* of people doing this stuff, people still blame the CHP, Stanley for getting it on video, anyone BUT the people who got caught.

Even if you have a medical marijuana card, you should not be operating heavy machinery while impaired.
