its not suposed to download straight away, lol

You have to sign up to mod the sims, to use the website. Then follow the link again, and go to download at the bottom of the page, Click the link to the file and it will ask you to download. You will need to have winrar downloaded aswell.Open the file and select winrar, to 'open with',then using winrar, press extract file to ,and then select my documents ->ea games ->sims 2->downloads.

You will need to learn all this for downloading any sims stuff.
