No, but there is a glitch that can get you infinite skulltulas. The full details are easy to find if you search for "infinite gold skulltulas", but it involves using boomerang on a cave skulltula while backfliping into the exit.

the mask is just part of the side quest of mask trading. you give the keaton mask to the guy guarding death mountain and give the skull mask to the skull kid in the lost forest, then you get the spooky mask from the dealer.

Dampe's heart piece I always get on my first try. To make this happen, exit the graveyard after entering, and then enter again. This will make the chances of winning on your first try, very high. Also, dampe's heart piece thing closes actually at like 11:00. I tried catching him around then but he wasn't there.
