The older store was about 200 square feet smaller and offered about 20 feet less wall space.

this store is a little more narrow, but actually offers more space.

If that area makes things too busy for you, you should hire one more person. That way, the resurfacing of games as well as cleaning of consoles can get done while customers are handled. Unless you just want something to do when there's dead-time, then being the only person working really isn't that bad. :3
