  • Martin Luther King was a Hero, without him segregation wouldn't be eliminated. I have so much to say about him that is why im doing my Senior Research Paper on him (:

  • Martin Luther king is who we need to get our god damn country out of this mess. Lol.

  • Check out the new MLK song "FULL JUSTICE" on Youtube. Get ready to be inspired. Watch it now!!

  • Martin Luther King is encoded in the Bible several times.

See the Aimed At America 2 video on youtube.

  • 7 Rascits Bastards..

  • I'm white and think MLK was one of the most well rounded and truly great people who ever lived. I think it's sad that what he stood for has been misinterpreted and twisted by many people. He stood for unity and equality. And I'm sorry if this pisses people off but things like the United Negro Fund, The Negro college, Black history Month, and BET are not unity and equality, it's segregation. Before you hate on me, how would you feel if there was a White History Month, or United White fund?

  • I love your passion about MLK . He was a hero.

  • Well SAID!

MLK was like a Moses in the 20th Century.

  • he was an amazing person and his words will live o and on and on!

  • good stuff man. I am soon to have a history major. King IS one of those men that shaped things in this country for the better. I am a Southern man who is glad that I have black friends. If i owe that to King; thank you sir. One race, the human race.

  • MLK was a great American leader. He would have made a fine president. I especially like his Vietnam Speech. He was a man ahead of his time. Think about this. JFK, MLK. RFK and Pat Tillman all were high profile figures. They all were outspoken about their displeasure with the war of their time. All died from a bullet to the head. See the videos of Pat Tillman's mother, brother and best friend. Remember both Serhan Serhan and James Earl Ray could not remember the assassination event.

  • If the above theory that the first three assassinations were an inside job is true, then it would hold that our republic would be in a steady decline since the assassinations. That is becouse those responsible were never brought to justice. After all of this time what would we expect? Exactly what we have. Our Republic has been hijacked by a cabal of corrupt bankers and corporate leaders. Our Constitution is in crisis.

  • TKS: When I was growing up, I preferred Malcolm's words and ideas to Martin's. As an adult, I can see that Martin appealed to more of the mainstream. Yet, now I find that in the end, Malcolm was more correct. Both men are great leaders. They both knew that there was something deeply wrong with the system. Much has changed because of these men's efforts. I am grateful. However, there is much more work to be done. Time for other young men and women to take their places in history. TRUTH and HONOR.

  • he'z cool cuz he had bitchez on da side

  • lol what?

where did you read this part at?

    interesting..

    lol

  • He is a great man for having the courage to step up and fight for equal rights, a brilliant man

  • To be honest, when I was little, I didn't really know who this guy was -- all I thought of him was..well...we celebrate MLK day. I never really knew who he was. Until I actually did learn about him. And now, I just think he is amazing. To this day I am amazed by him -- I respect him greatly. He is more than just a man that changed the whole world -- he is a LEADER.

  • amazing

  • Martin Luther King was one of the biggest revolutionaries in the history of the US to me. What he was fighting for needed to happen...It had to happen. I am Jewish from european descent so I definately understand racism, hate, evil....etc.

MLK RIP Your words and thoughts will live forever!

  • The best part about MLK was he was he would still respect your opinion.

  • @TristEndo Kevin Craft, and alot of black people complain. Kevin Craft isnt the person he use to say he is. making fun of the ignorant black men. He is a fake. I saw him live. He was making ignoant remarks and jokes and barely speaking english saying street slang. He mocked me and other people who questioned him. He is the person he use to mock in his old videos. An Ignorant nigger.

  • @TristEndo And yes kevin, you motherfucker. I know your going to see this and remember me. Fuck you!

  • Im thankful for getting to reacive the education of going to a catholic school which allowed me to meet people of other races and expand my knowledge as well understand other better i hope and wish one day to do something as great as MLK or greater as in regards to politics and third world countries to make everyone's life better

  • i have so much respect for martin luther king for his courage, he faced so much hate against him, the white community lashed out against him and constantly attacked him as much as possible in the worst ways, and he always told his followers never to hate white people but to love them as brothers.and in the end that is what won.

  • My closest friends are all difference races, but so what? They are my butties no matter how they look. Guess I'm thanking the man for that

  • ima white kid and im subscribed =D

  • The most important thing about martin luther king is that he was against voilence, like gandhi. He didn't go militant on his road like malcom x.

  • He Connected a lot of people

  • people can make great changes without violence..well not all the time ~.0

  • i went to my black friends house once and there was a drive by lol, not as scary as i thought but honestly it was in the ghetto and i dont talk to the kid anymore, but im very proud of mlk because i can have friends thats are black, asian, hispanic and have a respect in there and i can look at them and see they are the same as me and they cannot be labeled as a group but as a individual.

  • you dont talk to him cuz of a drive by near his house lol

  • lol well no, i dont talk to him cuz he moved, and he stole from me a few times, but i was like 12 then.

  • Very well said.

  • R.I.P. to the godfather of the civil rights movement. Still a lot of work to be done, but we've definately come a long way since his days.

  • Martin Luther is not the father of the civil rights movement. Humanity is.

  • What about all the Hispanics, and Asians. No mention of them in his dream?

  • He didn't help out the Japanese internment.

  • the japanese internment was in the 1940's

  • He helped out ALL PEOPLE Period!

FilipinoxBandito if it weren't for him you wouldn't have your civil rights.

  • Too bad I don't live in America xD

  • @FilipinoxBandito, he made an impact in your life but you just don't know it.

Martin Luther King made an impact to the WORLD he even got a Noble Peace Prize.

    So yea

  • He said, "All of God's children"------that means everybody, right?

  • I told one of my old school chums that I remember clearly the day I learned Dr.MLK Jr was shot. I was a kid & never realized the impact on all of us. In Jr High a group of us were "bussed" to an inner-city school where I made many friends who happened to be black & some, like the friend I mentioned are STILL my friends almost 40 years later, still adding positively to my life!

  • I'm a white kid and I'm subscribed! :)

  • Me too!

  • MLK is my Idol for USA

  • *Thumbs up* for this video and for MLK!!!!

    -inspirmentalist

  • he made it possible for us to be friends with everyone.

  • a great man, but a cheating plagiarist who was too heavily influenced by god(it clouded his judgement)

    just an opinion.....

  • Dr. King Jr's. message was simple--equality for all. And its a shame that in today's world, it is so much easier to hate than it is to love. Ive run across so many haters, even here on youtube, and it is a shame that in 2010, the world hasnt united for a cause...human equality! I believe that if MLK was alive today, he would be proud of how far weve come as a nation, but still saddened by the ignorance that is still going on.God Bless Dr. King, his family & his on-going message of Love& Peace.

  • Well said.

  • Thank you. Its so true. Dr. King's message hasnt fallen on totally death ears, its just that we have a long way to go. But with prayer & love, we can make it. I do believe it. But we also have to open our eyes to the truth...thats the only way to get to the other side of the mountain.

  • I think all nations should have such positive powerfull leaders, instead of Hitler, Stalin, Kim Jong il and other mental maggots. This is sick that so many selfish, focused only on their own ideology assholes ruled or still rule in some countries

  • im a bunch of white kids...erm, im one white kid,

    BUT STILL

love yer videos, there not funny

    but they all have meaning

  • Dr. MLK Jr. was one of the last true motivated american leaders. the characteristic of leadership going to any lengths to achieve the goals for your fellow american is dying out here in the US. no one wants to be the one to take the reigns and organize the communities to demand goverment be for the people instead of for itself. when i see such desire and motivation and courage it always breaks me down inside to a point where i cant hold it in. thak god for MLK Jr setting the standard

  • MLK had a dream. we're not there yet in terms of realizing his dream, but we're getting closer!

  • Oh man this is touching. He did a lot in introducing equality into the world.

  • great video Kevin, MLK's thoughts and visions were great and they helped to change America and the world

  • Hell yea to MLK!!!

  • Im jealous that it is really, really difficult for black people to get sunburnt. It would be really handy since i live in Aus, lucky Aboriginals! XD I don't really knwo too much about Martin Luther King, not really taught here in Aus. But respect to him for fighting for what is right.

  • i love MLK!. my b-day is feb 1st and i'm proud to have been born on the first day of black history month. ;)

  • i think i described MLKJR best in my video which i posted as a response to this one...i called him...landscape of america changing.

  • I believe in what MLK had to say because he was a very wise man. He understood how important love is. The best leaders always lead with love.

  • I only truly appreciated his role in this nation later in life .. His role is as epic as our founders was.. His words when listened to as jfk in his time stand true today ..He was a true leader one of a few who understood true equality ,,liberty ,,, One that is not black or white he understood where this nation was going he saw past the bs and into the greed and contempt of the elite, the politicians ...

    He was one of kind...

  • Good vid.

  • i swear you're the first person who seen MLK the same way i see him, he wasn't just for black people... he was for the human race, amazing person.

  • Dr. King's message wasn't only about race; it was about self-actualization, enlightenment and transformation....and being more than what you were taught.

There aren't many with that kind of vision anymore.

  • MLK was the man no doubt

  • I remember as a kid I'd always get Martin Luther King Jr. mixed up with that other guy who beat a steam-engine train making a railroad or something, then died right after.

It's funny though, because ever since I've always thought of Martin as a bad ass.. haha

  • MLK, Jr. was amazing and brave. I so appreciate what he did for our nation...and, the world.

  • Im a White kid ;) and i loveee you! man Martin Luther king is amazing R.I.P :)

  • im white and kevin u are the man!

  • god bless Martin Luther King

  • He is a true hero who wanted us to be judged by content of character and not skin color., because we are all created equal.

  • You know what I find funny about this day in general is people act like they grew up with seeing him on the TV. He died in 1968, so people under 30 like myself have no clue who he was other than a civil rights activist that gave a world famous speech on freedom of segregation. It just makes me mad O it's MLK day well when tommorrow comes this day is done forgotten with. And no one cares about this man it's just a national holiday. The government only cares cause its a day off for them.

  • that man had the testicular fortitude to do what no one else could ever dream of doing.

  • happy MLK day suckas

  • He was a great character.

  • he is an amazing man! his books are awesome as well!

  • he spoke his mind and gave us hope and change

  • Listen to a song called King's Holiday.

  • We do love you. <3

He was an amazing and powerful man. I do wish that more African American remodels got attention too though.

  • he was the man

  • he was an extremely amazing man, he is my hero. i hate whoever killed because to me that person is one of the most evil people ever for killing such a wonderful person like MLK Jr.

  • I often wondered if he was alive today, would we as a society be further ahead or farther behind. My hero has always been George Washington Carver. In San Antonio, the largest March in the Nation takes place, but I never go, I hate walking. That's Why I ride a bicycle. The one thing I don't like is the fact that Black History month mainly focus on MLK when there's People Like McCoy, Carver, and Dr Davis who invented instant Mash potatoes. My mom worked for the guy at St Philips College.

  • very inspirational man. he died for what he believed in. RIP.

  • Comment removed

  • He is the greatest super hero xD without him, who knows how long till we all get along

  • lol im a white guy subbed to u

  • Happy Birthday MLK!

  • @cruelht & BGMLV: his birthday was actually on Friday

  • A dream that you dream alone is just a dream. A dream that you dream with others can make a reality. This was a big change in america thanks to him. Happy birthday MLK.

  • i would consider him a founding father :P cuz think of it, back in the 17 hundreds they all said "let's have freedom" but MLK was the one to follow through on their intentions

  • he would hate xbox.. only racist people on there.

  • i love MLK...

but i have a white buddy who claims MLK day is a racist holiday...

i am really dumbfounded by his logic

really...i don't how anybody could even form those words with their lips

  • MLK is a great man, he revolutionized american society and i'm just grateful he did what he did. i especially appreciate his movement towards peace and equality not vengence or hatred.

  • If he was here to see this day, man he would have a ball

  • I think MLK is great role model

  • yea cause being a womanizer is a being a role model

  • Martin Luther King loved the snow bunnies.

  • I'm glad someone took the time to honor MLK and didn't just used today as day off of work or school. R.IP. MLK

  • MLK is in heaven hopefully and I think he is a great man and I'm happy different races can get a long now..

  • Thank you Kevin for taking the time to talk about this special day for a special person. Yes indeed.

  • Can't say anything about MLK, because everyone else done said the same thing. I don't think his dream has been fully realized yet, there's still a lot of racism and separation in this world, in this country. But we'll get there eventually, only if we work break down those barriers for good.

  • racism has gotten worse if you ask me

  • i just wish he could see how it is today

  • he wouldn't have a good reaction to it

  • I am thankful for MLK reminding the US that a non violent approach can succeed in resolving conflicts.

  • MLK is one of the greatest americans who ever lived.period.

  • MLK was a great man and human for standing up for what he believed in and if it wasnt for him, i dont know wat this world would still be like

  • Iam very thankfull for Martin Luther King for what he did for us.Because he stood for everyone not just blacks.

  • I think people should honor him, not just today, but all the time.

  • hey dude i know i am canadaian but I WILL ALWAYS REMEBER MARTIN LUTHER KING JR

  • No comment on youtube can do Martin Luther King any justice . . . He was truly one of the Greats!

  • He was a man of power, of sympathy, of justice. He was a symbol of what humanity should be.

  • Martin Luther King is a hero! Even tho Im not black, i feel very bad for what happened to them before the 70s. Very sad.

  • Martin Luther King Jr. was an amazing man who has changed life as we know it. To make such an impact in the world, not just the US. takes a lot of courage, leadership & strength. Long live MLK

  • he is a great man who changed history had made history you can say more but there would not be room in the comment box

  • MLK is a great man ! and he still inspires people today !BLACK AND WHITE TOGETHER !!! ONE BLOOD !

    Jah Bless

  • I thought MLK was an amazing person who brought the human race together. His dream for equal rights isnt 100% complete, but its more established than what anyone ever thought possible 50 years ago

  • I'm thankful that he was the bridge that lead ppl to accomplish great things

  • He was a man, take him for all in all,

We shall not look upon his like again.

  • yo he changed everybody s lives

  • yeah he is but not Obama

  • happy martin luther king day!

  • We as Africans....If we are going to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr birthday...Why not do it on January 15....We talk so much about history and how history is not being taught properly...We are destroying history for future generations......Non violence was taught by the pharoh akenaten...the first person to bring the concept of monotheism...He alson dis engaged the military doing his reign...THE POINT I AM MAKING...we must learn true history ....

  • haha im a white kid and im subscribed to you! Personally, for me i think martin luther king's picture should be right next to the defenition of "BADASS!" in the dictionary. What a great great great hero

  • actually, i had to go to school today....

    D:

  • happy mlk day!

  • there's a holiday called Martin Luther King? LOOL well not here in the UK mate.. it was a normal day. Any ways, he had a dream and he believed in it that's all.

  • I don't believe in calling anyone a hero, very many people would have done the same, possibly better than Martin Luther King IF they had the oppertunity and the chance.

    Praise can only go far..

  • just a question is it your nation?

I'm from ireland and the hunger strikers and all the other great irish are considered hero's as they fought for irish independence from the english. Each nation has a hero. it takes courage to stand up to a nation and fight for what you believe in

  • However, there will never be only one individual willing to do what it takes, all of your *heros* who fought for irish independance were great in their acts, but I'm defenitly confident in saying that many others would have done the same thing, those individuals just got the oppertunities too. Can you see my perspective? It's alright if you don't care enough to think about it, I just don't agree with calling those who got lucky the heros over those who would have done just as much, if not more..

  • i see were you coming from and respect your opnion. it just that subjects like these are a bit touchy

  • Anyone can be someones hero, it's not for me to say. (While most of the time.. it's not literarily correct) Still, highly admiring someone appears to be adaquite enough for me. Blah..

  • @RiouInsuiko Hero like I said!

  • Thats how you see it, then rock on Kevin.

  • yo kevin

  • MLK was a genius!

  • as im for separation i respect king for what he fought for may he rest as a star in the heavens

  • yes he is the definition of a leader it takes one hell of a man to stand up to years of racial discrimination

  • Martin Luther King basically saved the world from total separation :)

  • Today I'm celbratin by goin to orientation for a new job. Now I have two jobs

  • Amen to that, Amen to that! Martin Luther King stood up for all of us.

  • A man that changed the world!!

  • Yeah he was agood man if it weren't for him you wouldn't be on Youtube and I agree with him we're all humans.

  • I think his dream goes beyond the bounds of equality of blacks and whites but the equality of all races

  • i first learned about MLK when i did a report about him in 3rd grade, ive done more reports on him each time becoming more in depth,MLK has been a huge influence on my life and will continue to be a inspiration to me,he has most definitely effected what i want to do with my life,im a white girl growing up in a very snobby high class area and MLK opened my eyes to a world better then money and boob jobs,a world where open mindedness and love can lead to a happy and peaceful world :] MLK is my hero

  • im sure everyone knows who martin luthur king is. if you don't i would be VERY suprised. (note the caps on very ;) )

  • I thank Martin Luther King Jr. for opening the eyes of America in a nonviolent way. He truly gave his life for the great cause of equality, in a time when doing so was very dangerous. His inspirational speeches are something we can look back on and, even today, apply to everyday life to make changes toward a brighter future.

  • best person ever

  • Martin is a Leader and a savior!

  • Imo Martin Luther King was somethin like a less radical version of Malcolm X

Noneoftheless, i have much respect and i sincerely look up to that man. We can say that nowadays his dream is half fulfilled, but still not totally. Although all ethnicities are living together, there is still some racism a bit everywhere, and that is not going to vanish unless we all get rid of those prejudices.

With that said, happy MLK day over there, here in Europe it's still a normal workday lol, lucky bastards =)

  • Martin was a great man and leader, wish he'd be alive.

  • Martin Luther King Jr. was one of the greatest men who ever lived. I am constantly thankful for the fact that I can see who I want when I want, and that may interact with anyone without being looked down upon or criticized. He worked to abolish segregation and racism, I'm glad to see one gone. I dont think racism can ever be wiped out truly, but i thank the man for trying. My friends are of all backgrounds and races, diversity makes this country great: Thank You Martin Luther King Jr.

  • I'm thankful for MLK...how can you not know about him? He changed America and maybe even some of the world. To change white people as black man in a racist society is truly amazing and anybody who doesn't think so, I dare you to try to do it...WITH WORDS AT THAT! MLK you are my HERO!!!

  • Im thankful that Martin Luther King.JR gave us strength to stand up against what wasnt right in the south.God Rest His soul

  • I'm thankful for my being sister who has a white father, and I'm also thankful for my white step dad who has been there for me and my family whenever we needed him.

  • lol a dream white men would subscribe to you equally

  • i read a book about him, if he would have been born a few thousand years ago i think we would have had two Jesus's.

    what a guy :')

  • he was a great man he inspired me

  • im half black half white so im thankful for being born and that my parents can be in love with out having to hide it

  • hey that's how my parents are mine is my mom white and my dad black what is yours

  • Happy MLK Day!

If We All Come Together and Speak Out on Problems WE ALL ARE Facing.

There Is Nothing We Can't Accomplished

Thank You for being Leader Dr. King

    He Changed The World.

  • idk im not really interested in him, but he sounds like he a good guy.

  • he is check out his history

  • You should, history is full of amazing persons like him (though siometimes they seem far between) it gives us hope and thrill to think that people like this have existed, and hopefully still do :)

  • I thank Martin luther king jr, cuz theres alot less racism out there, but its stillgoing on, but its better than nothin. Because of him my best friend is black and im mexican, and thats cool, and we've been michael jackson fans since kidnergarten, and her birthday is tommorrow! :D so thank you MLK

  • martain luther king was a stand up guy, and i think he changed the view of many pole not just in the states but all over.

he was a leader for all and an exmaple of afine person. if only more people
