Wouldn't be a Sedan Deville, and not a Fleetwood. Usually the Cadillac Fleetwoods' will have the rear fender skirts over the rear wheels as the Cadillac Sedan Devilles' would not. That was the distinction for Cadillac models sold in the United States, and would think that would hold true even in Russia.
