Duct-tape the pads to your pants so they dont move on you. Also, try steel toe boots, with the steel toe exposed. We use it at work and sparks fly out.
@TheAamboy Pro-Tecs are the cheaper version... The ones I have and the ones that people use at Knotts Scary Farm are Smith Scabs... and steel toe tips at the end of ur shoes.

you fail... you DO need a special brand of knee pads... you DO need metal toes on your shoes and you you are NOT using the right gloves. you failllll

the knee pads can either be protech or smith scabs
the gloves conduits on the finger tips and washers for the palms
and the shoes old steel toed boots take out the steel part on glue them on your shoes
next time do your research before you TRY to be a slider
