"Adric in drag" lol! I love your review but I'm afraid I thought the episode was often poor despite great performances from Simm and Dalton. I really didn't need the 20 minutes drivel at the end, Journey's End did it so much better. And it's amazing how a poorly maintained WW2 gun can stop "Rassilon's" all powerful hand of Omega.
I'm actually looking forward to Matt Smith after his appearance though so what do I know? :P
That was awesome, as usual, couldn't agree more about the "Rassilon being president" thing, they might as well of made Morbius president!!! But anyway I loved the ending of End Of Time, until that ruddy Matt Smith bloke turned up, good review though, kudos to you and the wheasal! (not the goose though, I will avenge Doctor Wheasel!)
Thanks! Not shown, the arguements behind the scenes with Randy and Riccardo "discussing" who would be playing Doctor WHeasel in 2010. I don't think the matter's settled yet!
@mowingthefrontlawn said "My thoughts exactly. It seems to me that Russel did what he does best, not story, but dialouge and emotion. This might be the most emotional episode so far. When the Master returns, John Simm had better be playing him. The Woman has been assumed to be the Doc's mother, even by Julie Gardiner. Moffat said he may explore it, so hopefully we'll get an answer.
Looking forward to another year of Dr .Who and another year of your fun reviews. Very funny ending for this one!"
@llordllama@llordllama I give Roberts credit for exploring other genres with the Doctor (witches, murder mysteries). He seems to take advantage of the show's range of possible scenarios. His monsters aren't anything the Moff invented, but they're different. They're better than Cat People and Pig Slaves.
The regeneration did nothing but take his hat off.

DOCTOR WHEASEL FOREVER

For some reason Wilf in this video reminds me somewhat of my dad.

The Doctor and Wilf spent most of Part 2 on a spaceship with some Catus Vinvocci. Part 2 wasn't very exciting I agree.

I am crossing my fingers so many times over that we get episodes of the same fun and goodness of Blink in the upcoming year.

@vengeance1701 Steven Moffat hasn't let us down yet. Gareth Roberts is also back and I've enjoyed his fun episodes.

I'm less of a fan of Roberts (although his SJA episodes are excellent) - but oh my yes, come on the Moff!
