first you return it then you get a new one or you have to check the computer compatibility with the zen 4gb.

oie disculpa usted no tuvo problemas con su creative zen 4 gb por que tengo q tengo 1 dia de uso y al conectarlo no lo lee la computadora y no se por que pero el programa dice que no esta conectado y si lo esta quisiera recibir sus comentarios al respecto gracias..!!
