I love how everyone from his fiancee to the end-of-days hobo on the corner is trying to convince Watson to admit it. It really is that obvious.

And there's the little sigh Watson lets out when the French Giant and his friend get in on it...right in front of Holmes. He looks so totally, "Why is everyone bloody singing at me?" and Holmes is as smug as the cat who ate the canary the whole time.
