And the PS3 is the better version of the Consoles that owns this game, and one more note, November 11th 2011 is when Elder Scrolls V comes out, and it has fucking DRAGONS

You're all idiots. The wabbajack is obviously the best weapon ingame.

Actually, Chilrend, Goldbrand, and Volendrung are all tied in first for being faster, more powerful, and paralyzing respectively. Umbra's only real advantage is it's high base damage and that, if combined with Azura's star, it will essentially power itself forever.

That said, brandonmit is right that you could enchant a sword to do much more damage and soul trap. Not to mention, the possibilities of debuffing enchantment.
