Hey Pattiepoo1, I am really thankful for uploading this video. It was really great video. I am an HR Professional who conducts training. Few months back I had to conduct a training on TQM for those people who had no Management background. By the virtue of this video, my training was rocking. Everybody got the idea of TQM (for which the training was conducted) in 20 minutes.

I am really thankful to all MEng Students on University of Edinburgh for such a great work. Keep it up.
