Step 1. Most importantly; end the Federal Reserve.

Step 2. Enact the Fairtax. (H.R. 25)

Step 3. Convince 'third partier's' that a third party will be just as prone to corruption and cronyism as the other two, and that the only answer to the problem is in steps 1 & 2, accountability, Ending lobbying, repealing the 17th amendment, less government with a smaller scope, and Electing a Republican that acts like a Libertarian (i.e. what a Republican SHOULD act like)
