So I am at home with my one year old with Radio 5 on. There has been no reports in the second half from Bradford. It is almost 5 o'clock so I assume we've only got a point. Back then the radio didn't seem to be bothered about non Prem matches, Then "late drama at Valley" no not the Valley but "Valley Parade" And "Bob Taylor is still on the floor" so I assume the pen is to us. The rest of the pandemonium is on screen here but my cheer woke to the boy up who fell of the sofa.

I'll never forget what Gary Megson did for us that season. Overtaking Wolves 11 point lead to beat them to the Premiership. Still laugh now when i think about them selling Premiership season tickets halfway through the season. Remember Dave Jones's comment? Let them have their day and we will have ours at the end of the season. lol.

I got to know Igor Balis quite well during his time at WBA as my mother helped him and his family to learn English, he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He and his wife now run a shop in Slovakia and his health has improved enough for him to play some part-time football just over the border in Austria on a fairly regular basis.

What an amazing day!!! I was there in the home seats with the away end to my right. I had to turn away. Igor Balis is a legend. That took some balls. Bradford fans were sound. They knew what it meant to us. my hairs still stand up every time i watch it. To shaft the dingles makes it all the better. Happy days!!!
