I miss the 60s and Twiggy! I used to wear two pair of false eyelashes and white lipstick in those days. We judged our hemline,as to whether it was too short, by cupping our fingers around the hem when we stood up. If the hem could not be cupped in your hand, it was too short or too long. Mary Jane shoes in every color and tights to match! I weighed 110 pounds and thought I was fat!!

I like Twiggy for personal reasons. Twiggy and I are the same age so when she became famous at age 16 my life changed. I was skinny...skinny...skinny so when Twiggy came on the scene and all the girls were trying to look like her, I finally felt that I "fit in."
