I seriously recommend anything by Mary Zimmermann, she's a fantastic playwright based in Chicago! My university has done a two of her productions and they're nothing short of amazing! "Death and the Maiden" by Ariel Dorfman is absolutely incredible. It will completely change your way of thinking about blame, forgiveness, and culpability.

"The Importance of Being Earnest" by Oscar Wilde is absurdly hilarious.

Both of these are short works, but there is SO much to them.

Just thought you might be interested.
