In the crazy, cruel world of Nazi medicine, a human woman is the the only mammal on earth who can grow and extra head, a penis, a prostate, even testes - and grow an extra heart (a spare?) - no, wait, that heart is beating a different blood type than her own. If the two blood types from the two hearts intertwine - it would kill both of them. But - somehow -lets say politics and money - this is all the same body. They are the most amazing mammals on earth, these women who decide to kill..
