Not necessarily, in Phoenix he didn't fit in to their system and Amare wasnt getting as many touches as he was used to, Amare being a much better scorer. In Cleveland he will fit better in the system, Varejao isnt going to demand the ball on the offensive end, so Shaq will basicly handle the big man scoring, the cavs also play halfcourt wich will fit him better, he will also be a constant threat when Lebron drives, with Lebron passing if Shaq gets loose from defenders
