CO2 is what plants use to grow, they give off O2 which is what we need to breath. Every commercial green house in the world have CO2 generators to help the plants grown. We currently have 385 parts per million of CO2 in the air, if this goes below 200, the plants die. Higher CO2 levels will make the plants grow better, giving off more O2 for us, which will help people with breathing problems. Water vapour causes global warming

Because of the vast amounts of carbon dioxide being pumped into the air, when the carbon dioxide levels get high enough plants will no longer have to perform photosynthesis as efficiently to get the food they need, will means plants will be less nutrious (already found happenning in rainforests and other places around the world) and they will also be smaller and more fragile.
