She did not mix this herself. This is a product that she likes and uses . She just mentions you can mix your own with vaseline and pigment (like an eyeshadow). That's true but, it won't last without severely smudging. Better to go with a make up manufacturers cream shadow if you need it to last. Great techniques and style in this post.

She said it was premade. My best guess is she probably mixed a taupe pigment with petroleum jelly and pressed it??

correct, as she stated in the video, you can mix any pigment with vaseline / petroleum jelly and use it this way
