im a firm believer in ghosts. im sure you seen one. I wish I can see one. I think I have seen a few before but I was much younger. I have seen several in pictures, and not to mention! I caught one in a picture I took once on the fourth of july in a picture I took from my cell phone camera. anyhoo. As long as the ghost didnt make you feel like it was evil, there is nothing to worry about. It aint there to harm you. It's just the unknown that is scary about it.

I've felt 'rats' crawl into bed with me and nothing was there. I used to have free range rats. They would visit while I was watching TV. The ghosts remind me of my pets long gone :-).
I saw something on my parent's treadmill about 10 years ago while everyone was sleeping! THAT scared me.
i have had someone unmute my tv more than a couple of times last year... sometimes in the middle of the night i would wake up to an unmuted tv... i lived on my own last year... and once i was at school... i am pretty sure i muted the tv before i went and i came back and the tv was unmuted... i was scared to go up and see wat happened
buy a one of those digital tape recorders and try to see if u can catch some evps... i did... and i caught something....
i got a video i recorded about 2 hours ago. on the wall that the curtain like thing there are no curtains and there is no wind because the curtains on the windows do not move at all.
ive a feeling my house is haunted too, i was in bed last night and i felt something touching my shoulder, i live on my own, and a few hours later i heard thumping and rattling downstairs.
maybe you just haven't gotten enough sleep. up at 1:30 AM? its a fact that when one hasn't gotten enough sleep, they begin to hallucinate. not saying that i don't beleive in ghosts, because i firmly do believe in spirits-however it's best to eliminate all possibilities before concluding its a spirit.
