Billy seemed more hi-tech and harder when I read it 30+ years ago - my imagination must have suped him up - I'm sure one episode he hid underwater in a fountain and breathed air from a miniature cylinder or snorkel - the 2,000 AD comics my brother used to buy kind of eclipsed all that
