This is a great video and I love the song. I've watched Dying Young at least 4 times and never get tired of it. Campbell Scott is so gorgeous. I love his eyes and smile. I fell in love with him after watching the movie for the first time.

The short answer is "no." The long answer is that Dying Young was released summer of 1991. Josh Groban's "My Confession" was released on his self titled CD in 2003. The Dying Young score was created by James Newton Howard, and featured Kenny G on saxophone for the love theme.
