hi, I would advice to have a microphone rather than utilizing the built in microphone of the video recorder. Basically, it receives the sound closer to the device before it receives your voice. But if you have microphone with you then theory applies.
I appreciate your suggestions and agree that improving the sound quality would help this first clip a lot. The subsequent sections in this series are less noisy and more directly targeted to teaching useful information, and I hope you'll check them out. I would also appreciate any tips on how to improve sound quality. This was recorded live at a talk I gave and provided to me in compressed format. Any ideas?

good attempt but needs more silence at the back ground . insted of stress magge it is a bit stress giving one .please improve
