This is a great movie. I dvr'd it from Encore last year and then burned it to dvd since it does not seem available anywhere. Broderick Crawford plays Mr. Hoover wonderfully. Although Cohen changed some names around like McCoy and Webb who were not real names as Hoover's enimies it is still pretty factual but now dated as it was made in 1977. We need a new version but I don't know who we could get to play Mr. Hoover.

@storrs19 How about Bob Hoskins? He did it before in Oliver Stone's "Nixon."

I saw this movie on our local THIS TV affiliate the other day, and I liked it, but I really have to wonder if this wouldn't have been better suited as a TV movie. It seemed to play a lot better that way than it did as a theatrical film.
