Wow, I stumbled onto this working backwards from hotel costes 6 which a friend lent me....and hearing the 3rd track, metropolitain, which is one of the best songs I've ever heard, made me search for more info on the singer.......and I am a big opera fan but I also love buddha bar-type stuff, and this song gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it......

Can anyone recommend anything else, either by Santarromana or someone else, that is anything like this Opera piece?

a friend let me borrow this burned cd and this song was on it and i had to find out who sung this! I dont know the girl that sings the opera part but its a variation of vivaldis nisi dominus/ by emmaunel santarromana from the album metropolitian....

It isn't a girl who sings this. It's either Andreas Scholl or Philippe Jarousky. And yes it's a remix of Vivaldi's Nisi Dominus

I just bought the "Métropolitain", CD. It'd sort of hard to find, but well worth the look. I wouldn't waste my time buying the "Relolver" S.T. because most of the songs on it are really just scores. So find and buy the original CD that this song comes on. And again the name of the CD is "Métropolitain".

The name of the song is Opera. And the name of the artist is Emanuel Santarromana.

But do check out the movie "Revolver" it was awesome. And this song was in movie. Great movie.

this song is amazing and i had to get it, the only way i could find it was to download the file sharing program called ARES..just google it and then you will find te site the download and instal the program on your comp..

after doing that, just type this song in the search window and it will come up...bad thing is, that there are like 2 seeders so its going to take you a while to get it downloaded..it took me a month but i finally got it..good LucK

It's available on two albums: the soundtrack for "Revolver" (2005) and Santarromana's own "Métropolitain".

The song is exactly the same on both.

If you plan to buy the Revolver soundtrack, don't get it on Amazon. The one there is for a 1972 movie with the same name.
