  • Holla! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

  • the best way to see your abs is to treat them like any other muscle. You'd work them out by breaking the muscles down like you would your chest or arm muscles to stimulate growth. Then you'd burn the fat on top of the muscle. You won't see your abs unless you burn that fat. There are natural ways to increase the speed of your metabolism to burn the fat. It's not a magic pill but it's what bodybuidlers and fitness models do. If you want to know more google "your fit assist maniac"

  • @JasonGreen173 Yeah that's true, you have to combine: Cardio, Diet and Exercises. You wont get some big and nice abs if you don't do the exercises. Everything is important! 

  • there is a mistake here I think. When you do pressure on body, like contraction of abs or lifting heavy, you breath out not to stress your organs, livers etc... But here we see that when moving up his leg, the guy breathes in and when stops he breathes out. This is wrong. When you do exercise never ever breath in during heavy lifting or pulling back foot for abs, or whatever etc while you are in contraction...

  • @tommyskate147 Make sure you're breathing correctly during exercises and make sure your diet can support all the exercises you're doing. If you don't eat enough carbohydrates, your body will begin to feel weak simply because your body won't have enough energy to sustain your muscle growth and use.

  • @U26041985 You need a strong back, that is why it hurts when you do it. Either you have back problems or your back isn't strong enough. You gotta work the back out to do these type of exercises

  • @U26041985 It may be due to your back arching when you do it. The way to prevent it is to put your hands under your buttocks to support your lower back - this may make the workout easier on your abs however, and so you may want to do the exercise longer. Also, the more you bend your legs (to a certain extent), the less pain you'll feel on your lower back. If you're back still hurts, I would just stop doing this exercise. You really don't wanna mess up your back man!!

    how important is breathing in working out? do i have to follow certain rules? I always just breathe normally when working out..

  • try breathing in when u get to the most crucial part of any excersise n out when u start comin out nice deep breaths it helps as u tend to have more oxygen meaning u can do more reps without runnin out of puff more importantly ur blood pressure rises dramitacally if u hold ur breath in.

  • @eewarze do a nice steady breathing and dont ever hold your breath for a second, that rises blood pressure (i beleave) if your doing a push up its better to breath in as you slowly go down and breath out as you push up (good for 1st timers) breathing is important during exercise but it aint all that difficult to find out how to breath on what exercise cos half the time it does not matter sometimes it does (way you breath in n out) just watch scooby on youtube he explaines alot.

  • even when your not exercising, and just laying or even walking tense your abs but provide resistance by also tensing your latissimus dorsi (back) this will help build or tone your abdominals,

    another tip is to go swimming often, and try a few lengths using only your legs for either frontcrawl or butterfly :)

  • you're abs are always active, due to intense work load throughout the day, a high percentage of type 2 muscle fibers(slow twitch). it's not necessary to walk around tensing, it won't do anything. training regularly, with rest days is the way to build abs. due to the amount of type two muscle fibers, you're abdominals can be subject to a heavy work, and more frequently. tensing your lat's will have no effect on your abs.. your lat's antagonist is your deltoids.
