I've seen most of the videos doing sledge hammer training they hit a tire, I do it hitting a large log in the center. Besides maybe breaking my sledge handle do you see any advantages or disadvantages of this? thanks
@ObamaWhyNotBluRay haha, good point. I love the rice bucket - but it is more of a simple finishing / prehab exercise while these can go right in your strength workout!
I was just thinking of new stuff to do with my sledge. That swing + halt really maxes out your grip! Probably best to do it outside if you can, just in case you lose control of the hammer and have to bail.
ok so i did the sledge hammer one, and now my floor is cracked..
