I may be a little biased for both Opeth and Protest the Hero, whose albums I considered my personal top 2 of 08, and I'm happy to see In Mourning on the list. Then I saw In Flames beat Meshuggah, and frickin Death Magnetic on the list and I knew something was effed up. Death Magnetic was little more than an average metal album at best, certainly the best Metallica album in the last 18 years but that is not saying much. Also have u guys heard Warbringer's War Without End? Best thrash debut album.
