  • For those who don't have a sword: Practice with a badminton racket^^

  • I'm so glad I found these videos. I've had a Cold Steel "Willow Leaf" saber for years..... now I can actually start practicing with it.

  • Watching this exhibitions is so relaxing

  • good video. thank you!

  • dude you're racis as hell

  • hella fag he say 6 step but he did 7 step....hahahha stupid asian hhahaha....

  • hello @expertvilliage u mind i can shere your video on facebook?? thanks

  • i just got my broadsword from my master sifu shifu... not sure but right now we are learning the basics and no routine, soooo i thought i could play around a bit and learn this!!!!! :)

  • Sensei! Did you have any chinese made Katana sharper than the japanese one.

  • in japanese it's called katana

the sword that this sifu is using

    is called a dao :)

and tbh i have chinese swords and japanese swords

japanese swords are much better quality

but either way this is a good video

because expert villiage tends to be a bit crap with there videos haha

    anyway take care

  • I think it's not just about how sharp the sword is, but also how you it's used....gotta have skills

  • i agree totally

but when you look at craftsmanship in general japanese swords are just quite frankly better

but yes as you say its about the skill one uses

  • @chrisgeorgegray the Japanese have to build better swords to make up for the lack of skills of the practitioners.

  • the japanese practitioners are very good you need to see this

  • The closest weapon to the katana within the Chinese selection is the miao dao, not the dan dao ('dan dao' actually refers commonly to a knife, rather than a sword).

  • yes im aware of that

  • its not sensei its sifu and katanas are japanese

  • @Vikingman889 A southern style teacher is called Sifu. When its a northern style teacher,as this one is, he's called Shirfu. Please don't take this as me being a smart butt, just passing on information.

  • @kustomhead it's spelled sifu still, just pronounced "shirfu"

  • @battosai1111

Depends on where you are from, I've heard it being pronounced "sifua" as well with out the "erh" sound in the middle.

  • @battosai1111 Everyone not into kung fu or chinese thinks it's seafood instead of sifu. You can't get mad cuz they don't know any better.

  • Nice work!! Do you have a video for broadsword wrist movements?

  • more broadsword tutorials....

  • Great video. When will you post more moves?

    Thank you, Nahu

  • yeah more would be awesome

  • please give us more broadsword vid's....please
