  • If the electricity to charge the Battery Pack is coming from a "Coal Fired" powerplant,then the environmental advanteges of the "Electric Conversion",is negated,or lost!! A big issue with EV's is that Battery Packs have a limited range!! Another issue is the lack of Charging Stations that are available!!Those are the three issues that have to be adressed if EV's are to become a practical alternative!!
