I love Van Damme his one of my idols. But one thing big men always over talk on is training. There is no way in hell did he do abs for 30min, 1. Its waaaay to long for doing such a small muscle. 2. You wouldnt gain anymore then you would with a normal 3 sets. 3. You would get tired as hell since its a good form of cardio. Hats of to Van Damme but he never and i repeat never! done abs for 30min.

Secondly, he never participated in any sport! He just trained for himself, never fought on the ring.

Thirdly, no one ever achieved what he did, physical and emotion limits.

And finally, saying that Bruce Lee is a fool, makes you think that you're just a hater, maybe even a racist. Because Bruce Lee was and still is (spiritually) the best martial artist.
