i live in fl and in april in 2011 in april it was a very bad tornado or storm and i was in school i think it was like a f5 idk but i was scared out of my mind

i was home that thurs from work cuz i didnt feel well - i live in brandon and i heard that wind and it sounded familiar being that i am from so. florida and been through the tornados and hurricanes over there - i went to the bathroom and heard the windows rattling - i lost power for three days after that because the tornado missed my apt complex by a block or two - lots of damage on bloomingdale ave in brandon where one of the tornados touched ground

ummm there were 9 tornados in Tampa alone on this day, i have a vid where there are lots of high winds, the tornado that knocked that semi over in the pic at about 1:30 those are the high winds at my house...it missed me by .5 miles..check it out

this storm reminded me of that no name storm in 92 or 93. i got hit by a f2 in treasure island. didnt damage the house to badly, but there was one on 115th that was completly wiped off the face of the earth. very scary

I was in Sun N Fun and it was scary..Lucky for us volunteers we were able to get inside a cbs bldg..and were safe.. I've lived in florida over 30 yrs and this is my first experience with a tornado..Thank God!

you forgot pasco county because me and my mom were sitting outside then all the sudden we hear a loud noise like a train so my mom is like TORNADO she saw it but i didnt it was the scariest moment in my life and dont make fun of me bacause i live with my mom im only 12

The tornado was least of my concern in tampa... i was more worried about lightning because it struck near by our school a few times where u can actually hear that electric crackle

I was at work when the tornado happened. I got sooo dark outside we couldn't even see the bushes directly outside of our doors. Places all around us got torn up. We were extremely lucky.

I was 1300 yards from the tornado in a feild wen i was out riding dirt bikes with my frends and some dude and his wife pulled us in there house it was so freakin scary
