@tw100apb Sorry for the late response. Yeah my best tip to give to people when doing Front handspring front tucks, is to never kill your power by bending in the hip, knees, shoulders, etc, I always think of my power when I'm tumbling as going a circular motion, (kind of like a wheel) that's really how your momentum works in tumbling, so, try not to stop that momentum short by forcing it into the ground, instead think of continuing that motion through your core, up, and into the front tuck. :)

thats awesome but for ur front tucks, if u tuck with ur knees out it gives u more height and more rotation but was really good non the less
