Please watch out for marriage fraud!

-Be very careful when marrying someone that is an illegal immigrant. It can be very hard to know if they are marrying for love or the green card.

-Never co-sign a credit card or car with a lover or spouse.

It' simple math. If we let 450,000 in temporarily and only issue 150,000 green cards - then we need to cut the temporary visas to match the amount of available green cards.

150,000 temporary and 150,000 permanent visas. Then nobody gets left out

For highly skilled workers such as masters/PhD holders the U.S.A should not be issuing temporary visa's. These workers should automatically get green cards. Likewise, if someone comes to the U.S. on a student visa to obtain a graduate school degree, they should be guaranteed a green card upon graduation.

Highly skilled workers from colleges here in Germany and so many other places can't get in. (I am very well educated and have tried for years.) But so many millions of illegal mexicans and others can live there!!!??!!??? No other country in the world has put such a wall up like them! It's far easier and least to say POSSIBLE to get into Canada, New Zealand, Australia etc.

The Green Card Lottery is meant to increase cultural diversity (in a Kumbaya around the campfire kind of way), but shouldn't the US also want the best immigrant possible (no matter where from). An unemployed person with only high school education, if they are from North Korea, Iran or Iraq can apply, but a European or Canadian even with university education and a good job, can not apply.

Hear this, the so called law enforcement agencies have been trying to push me out of this country, illegally of course. Regardless of the fact that I have MSEE from USA and a green Card. they have presently been doing monitoring, harassing all kinds of illegal stuff. And trying to keep me out of work.

This time USCIS/DOC broke the law. What they did to leal immigrant is cruel and unfair. No wonder no one wants to follow immigration laws ! USCIS/DOS should know that they are not above the law. I just hope the class action suit in federal court will bring justice.

LEGAL immigrants suffer again. Cannot unite with their families. Ms. Rice doesn't know the deails. So far 180,000 visas have been wasted because so how come USCIS didn't have enough visas. US--A Democrary or Dictatorship
