Could you do a video on how to saucer pass on the back hand with distance. Sometimes I can do it and sometimes I feel like i'm leaning too far forward on the stick and trying too hard. I see other guys who know how to do it just kinda slap at the puck and with the utmost ease it just get five feet off the ground and perfect sauce across the rink width-wise.

@nelsoncards Thanks! It does take some practice, but hopefully after watching this video you will learn a lot faster. I think the biggest point is if you can already get the puck up, but have trouble putting it top shelf, you just have to keep a lot of power on the follow through and, actually PUT the puck there.

The best way to think of it as, either forehand or backhand, when you wanna put it top shelf, pretend you're trying to hit the crossbar with your stick as you shoot...that's how I learned it...it works great.
