  • Liverpool Street is one of my favourite London rail stations. I remember commuting from there in the early 2000s and late 1990s to Clapton and Hackney Downs respectively.

  • I'll be there next week when I take my auntie and cousins back to London as they're in Chadwell Heath..love Liverpool St.such a cool station

  • its always best to go to station reception at network rail managed stations and get a pass then you have no bother at all

  • nice do you need permission to film at liverpool st coz they keep terminus stations empty till there train is called for

  • not ALL of them.. they dont do that at piccadilly.

  • i mean piccadilly as in manchester piccadilly in the north west of england.

  • Has Liverpool Street always looked this ugly?

Or was it 1960s "let's build a concrete block on the roof of the station!"

  • The large office tower and courtyard that now sit above the entrance to the station was built in the late 80s, 88/89 I think, maybe slightly later. I remeber it was new when I started traveling through LST in 1992 so cant have been long before that. And yes it does make the entrance/exit to the station rather dark but no worse than Euston for example.

  • i was on a class 315 yesterday i'm a big fan of the 314's but i really dont like 315's they are slow when you apply step 3 the wheel strarts to bang and the brakes make you vibrate its horrible!!! great vid 5/*

  • howard, i believe you have -6 thumbs because you didn't put an apostrophe in i'm :P

  • nice vids, you should make one on the great eastern mainline
