  • "keechmuh shad yeghav" at 1:45. She's so cute.

  • I wonder if she knows how to make Kuba Humuth. I want to learn how to do that as well..

  • I love how she cooks. I am learning from her. I wish I had learned all this stuff from my mom before she passed away. Now I am interested in cooking, and this LADY IS BEAUTIFUL, I LOVE HERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

  • What an informative upload. Thanks for sharing!

  • I made it with wonton wrappers I didn't like it as much...I prefer making the dough. My fiance and I for some reason found making the dough from scratch taste better.

  • Wow...I have been searching for this recipe for YEARS! I love that you use the wonton wrappers. I am making this on the weekend. My mom is going to cry...my grandmother use to make this but I had no idea how to form the manti and you showed us all in such an easy way!!! Thank you so much Shake jan, God bless you for taking the time to keep the memory alive :)

  • This looks delicious. The one time I had it it was served with butter sauce or ghee. The lady who made it was Armenian from Beirut. Almost a shame to eat...it takes so long to make and gets eaten up so fast!

  • Monte is soooooo yummy! :D

  • VAIII ur tatik is so awsomeee!!!

  • I'm sure your mother has learnt this in Turkey

  • I can not believe that you are telling this if it is an armenian recept

  • Thank you so much for posting this. You make me miss my Grandmother even more. I can't wait to make this for my father and my family. It has been over 10 years since we have had Monte. I don't think our family used the tomato sauce but it will be an interesting choice.

    Thanks again. Take Care!

  • @boghbojik not your mom, mine first !

  • nice job!

but In Lebanon we still do our own dough

  • In America we can make our own dough too, but this is a faster, easier version intended to allow people who don't have lots of time to cook a chance to enjoy it.

  • ne monte si lan ( MANTI)

  • thanks

  • It's not monte :D Name is MANTI.

  • Great video!! The questions by the cameraman (the son?) were essential. Please post more Armenian recipes and I will be happy!!!

  • Very interesting. I'll try it next time, see how it works. What is Sumag, can you tell me? Is it a spice or something?
