I went in to the megaton armory, I killed Mr gutsy, with a alien blaster and all of megaton came flooding in, legit, so, I left moira brown and like the doctor so i can go back to trade and heal, but other then that, megaton is a ghost town :D

Go to little lamplight, west to the map, if you go to paradise falls and free the children you get a marker and easy entry, then head there and talk to Billy, he pronounces his z's and l's with w's, help him and he will award it to you.

@Shiny12u first of all i cant find my comment on the list so i dont no what i said, but since ur talking about auto aim and this is fallout 3 vid i assume i musta ment the "V.A.T.S." system (i think thats what its called) where it aims for u with a certain % chance of hitting (which mine was always (late game) 95% on any monster any body part) anyway i stopped using it on regular guys because it is imba and no fun, much more fun to shoot them in the face with my eagle sniper rifle myself

take a sledgehammer and button mash. Don't use VATS. Worked for me at level 1.

The gun is the railway rifle and to get it you need the shematics and then all of the parts. (fission battery, pressure cooker, crutch and steam gauge assembly) then go to a workbench and make it. Uses railway spikes

you can start it in Rivet city and go to the presevation society and talk to the curator
