You're right! -- The word for "Butler" is シツジ (shitsuji) and the word for "Sheep" is ヒツジ (hitsuji). Seeing シツジ vs ヒツジ is one thing but hearing shitsuji vs hitsuji is another. Black Butler is "ku_ro shi_tsu_ji" but Black Sheep is "ku_ro hi_tsu_ji".

...And the amazing thing is - they did it without spelling or using words at all - when talking about Sebastian, they just showed the itty-bitty statue!
