My favorite TV magician is David Blaine. His tricks utilizes simple concepts, his sleights elegantly and cleanly finished, and the gimmicks are all so cheap and within reach for those who wanted to create/afford them. He is also a master of misdirection, which he really uses to maximize every effect. Simply amazing. AND OH. His stunts are very much hard to do, and it really takes guts to accomplish such hard feats such as staying under water and standing still on top of a very tall platform.

as some of you know, my mother is from colombia (south america), and so I speak spanish, wich is why my favorite magicican is: "juan tamariz", you can look him up on youtube if you speak spanish. Derren Brown, because he is the only one that I know of, how creates all his own tricks and doesn't use stooges or actors. But I love watching his shows over and over to try and work out parts of the psychology behind it. Dynamo and David Blane do a lot of the same tricks and most of them are easy to work out. Derren Browns tricks are ALL original, and unless your a very VERY good magician, psychologist, showman and great with body language then you couldn't perform, or even work out his tricks.

My most favourite & inspirational magician is "Dai Vernon",b'coz I love d way when he said that he had learned his first trick from his father at age seven, adding that he had "wasted the first 6 years" of his life.It seems like Art of Magic is really an important thing on his life and he also d ONLY one who ever fooled Harry Houdini with his Ambitious Card trick.

In fact, a huge portion of the sleight of hand also had been discovered by Vernon such as close-up effects with cards & coins.
