@Chickenbreast97 Hammer-ons are the most effective way, hands down. You can play by strumming, but you'd have to be EXTREMELY quick and synchronised with your fingering and picking hands.

I can play by finger picking, but honestly hammering is, hands down, your best option (assuming you're a "mega noob" :P)
