My favourite character! Luna is just awesome and Evanna's lovely Irish accent really helps enhance the character and makes her seem more free and a generally lovely person to be with, which makes you wonder why she has so few friends, I would love to hang around with someone like Luna who could release the renting of any situation and make everyone feel nice and relaxed. The same can be said for Evanna, who is just as brilliant in real life as she is in the films.
