Are you happy with the sound? It would seem the tweeter would be louder then the woofer (because of horn design) if not custom cross-over? Just curious.
@acousticdrivers yes pretty much the tweeter is a bit more powerful than the mid range since the horn flare is a long throw design. I also got the compression driver real cheap because it is used and one thing I'd like from it is that the driver is original, the voice coil and diaphragm is also original..this is just old and used..but it delivers real clear highs and very crisp.
how about putting an L-pad on the tweeter. It will be easier to get it in tune with the woofer.

By the way I enjoyed your videos.
Are you planning to make a pair of these speakers?

@acousticdrivers yes, I need another piece. I may have to build another sub woofer as well.

What kind of cross-over did you use. Did you fill the box with any damping material?
acousticdrivers 1 year ago
@acousticdrivers I used 2-way crossover internal. I have the fiber glass material but I haven't had the chance to put it my speaker cabinets

@gabegeforce1 did you make the cross-over custom or used an existing one?

@acousticdrivers I used an existing one, bought from electronics store
