Logically Cheney is a war criminal and Kennedy is not. Kennedy did not lie about facts to push us into a war that went on to make millions of dollars for a company that he once was the chairman of. Cheney did and his stock in that company increased drastically because of the lies that took us to war and then gave no-bid contracts to Halliburton and KBR.
