Brushing after every meal is actually bad for your teeth. As the lactic acid produced by plaque erodes your enamel, brushing right after a meal will take the enamel right off your teeth. Brush in the morning and brush before you go to bed. Much better for your mouth.

most people use too mcuh chemical. YOu need very little of these chemical. never use a full strip of paste. you need a tiny amount half the size of a pea. You will notice after the first brush if on the second brush the tooth pastes comes to a laugher much more easily and becomes more potent. use extremly sparingly. I learned from nasa astronauts how people on the ground use far too much chemicals nearly always . same with shampoo. a tiny spec then rinse and the second time laughers bettr
