Hey what's your setup? I play a Selmer Super Action 80 Series II, with a NY Kessler Jazz Mouthpiece on Javas and have done some things like this myself (though yours are much better. Any tips =]

It's different every time, depending on the song. I hear music in my head, for me playing sax isn't much different than singing. I've been playing 12 years now.
